We have to use two trucks on a recovery one flatbed and one wheel lift we do not do recovery's with a flat bed for safety reasons that is the reason for the two trucks >The customer drove off the side of the freeway. If the customer would like to learn to drive a tow tuck I am...
always looking for some one. Thank you Sincerely [redacted]
"We should not have to pay for their mistake. All they want to do is rip people off. We need a refund" This is not our mistake it is you're mistake that the permit was not visible. We do not rip people off we just hold people accountable for there actions. I will say this one more time if you followed directions you would not have been towed and you would not be on the internet not telling the truth.

I do not agree with anything that Mr.C's towing is stating. The have just slandered my name by saying that I call their company every night and harass their employees. I am glad I have this on Revdex.com official letterhead so I can sue them for slander in conjunction for stating I am mentally ill. They have never towed my car as a courtesy to me. I just advised them several days ago that I am going to be suing them in court. The owner of C's towing as yet to give me a call about this situation. Mr.'s C's Towing stole my Vechile and towed it to [redacted] in Garden Grove.I did not give them permission to do so. When they finally brought my car back to my home.....their tow truck driver left my car in the middle of an alley behind my home blocking traffic. I have pictures of the entire incident that I will be showing in court. The [redacted] Police Department came out and assisted me with how horribly they treated me and advised me to take them to court with this situation as a civil issue. It took 3 [redacted] officers to handle this situation. Mr. C's Towing is not going to get away with what the have done and out of their false statements I can show the court my phone bill and it will in no way show I am harassing them and call them every night. Please see attached[redacted]
Sorry you feel that way. But that is simply just not true about running up the bill it is a safety issue and my drivers lives matter to me a lot more then the money you would have saved . Maybe next time you will drive safer and you will not be in need of a tow truck. You should be thankful you made it off the freeway that day a lot of people do not that is how come safety is my number one priority. Thanks Sincerely [redacted] Da Tow man

Regards,
[redacted] My vehicle is a 2011 [redacted] Ridgeline, Sliver, Plate number [redacted]. It was towed on Sunday, Jan 7th, at around 3-4 pm. I know the time, because we went to get lunch at around 2:15, and went to leave at 4, and it had been towed by then.
If you look at the attached pictures you can see that nowhere was it posted that the spot I was in (the empty on in the pictures) was a tow-away spot. And the spot directly to the left is marked as "Guest Parking Only". There is a faded "Office Only" in front of the spot on the ground, but it's not marked anywhere else that's visible, and it was Sunday afternoon, when the office was closed. I was given no warning or notification, and I've looked around the entrance to the park, and nowhere did I see that that spot is a tow-away zone.

As the photos that I sent to the business indicated, while the car had driven off the side of the freeway, it came to rest in a level area that was easily and safely accessible by a flatbed truck. There was absolutely no need for a second truck. It does not take an expert tow truck driver to see this. The company stated that they used two truck simply to run up the bill. There is simply no proof on the invoice, other than the additional charge, that a second two truck was actually used. I have to wonder if this is a common practice with this business to outrageously inflate the bill when the customer has no practical recourse.
