Mr. Bill's Boot & Shoe Repair

Shoes brought in for repair. Owner passed away. Sons now own it. Absolutely no contact info. Nobody can get their shoes back repaired or not.

I took my Louis Vuitton handbag for leather strap repairs on 12/4/2019. As of 2/27/2020 the repair is still not complete. I went to the shop 12/11 AND 12/17 to see when the handbag would be ready. After that he was closed for the Christmas holidays and due to illness so I checked back on January 8, 2020. There was a sign on the door saying he was closed but would be open on 1-9-2020. I waited until January 14 so try again. He said he had started the repair and he would have it finished in a week. Came back Jan 21 and he had a sign on the door saying that he was not opening for the next two weeks to get caught up on all repairs and that he would call the customers as he completes. I stopped by again Jan 28, still closed. Now we are in February and he put his same sign in the window that he had illnesses and deaths in the family and he would call customers as orders were completed. HE HAS HAD MY HANDBAG FOR 12 WEEKS!
