Purchased a snooker cue with carrying case on Feb. 9 2017. Purchase price with tax was $449.74. Within 2 weeks of using the case it began to fall apart. I called the store on March 8th and told them of the problem. Their service clerk *** advised me that they couldn't replace this particular case. ***
Over a period of three months I called several times - no return calls, visited twice was offered a cash payment of $80 but said I wanted a case for my cue.
Since my last visit I've left three messages last two were - July 18th and a voice mail in the last week ***
*** I simple phone call acknowledging my call and service need.
*** I would appreciate any help you can provide.

I want a case for my cue ***. They commented that as I had purchased a 3/4 cue with attachment it meant that there was a limited supply of cases. *** after 5 months they haven't found or can order a case
