These are two small plastic trim at the bottom of the windshield. I posted a note here, but received no reply and when I texted Kenny this morning. he told me he was" going to the beach". I would not deal with a company such as this who won't stand behind the damage they do while replacing the windshield. These two trim pieces are about six inches long and likely would not cost that much, but for the price of the trim, they ruined their reputation. I will post far and wide and let the insurance company know of their shoddy workmanship.

This customer contacted my office on April 27th, Friday, 4 days after the work was initiated. He gave me the complaint that our salesman was indifferent to his needs and that the moldings were broken. The tabs holding them on appears to have broken in the removal process.
I apologized for the salespersons behavior and assured him we would rectify the issue at his convenience. He stated that he would not be back until early May and would contact us when he returned. The warranty issue is not yet settled as he has yet to return. We will be glad to replace the moldings and clips upon his return. All this was agreed to the date he wrote his complaint to Revdex.com.
We look forward to his return.

I over reacted to the salesman ignoring my problem. When I contacted the company, they came out right away and took care of the issue without a fuss. It was my fault for not calling initially. They did, what appears to be, a good job remedying the problem.
