Being a retired Real Estate executive owning commercial properties in the Richmond area, I am personally aware of parking lot & driveway issues. Recently, one of the properties that we actively manage was suffering from parking lot failure. The lot in our opinion needed to be fixed. There are many types of quick fixes - this lot was beyond any type of reasonable repair. Researching over the span of twenty four months, and another horrible winter (2014) we solicited proposals to replace the pavement. Mr Asphalt not only did an excellent job, but it was done in a very thoughtful way with the least effect on the occupants. The skill of the "professional paving crew" was apparent to any sidewalk superintendent. I would wholly endorse Mr Asphalt for any work on your lot.
