Worst experience. Buyer beware.Mr Appliance services are not guaranteed after installation, even if part that was recommended to resolve issues/concern does not work past 2 weeks..
Called customer immediately after reading review. She did had left a voicemail but it was so garbled that we could not understand who left the message. Went back to customer and determined that the washer had another issue causing the problem this time. She elected not to have it repaired.
Technician came back out to the access situation. Locked a tear in the drum, as stated to technician after their repairs issues with operation increased. First time after operation from initial repair the machine drained wateet from the outside more then before repairs completed. Yet technical observe a ter in drum mitaciuloysly now after first assessment that was not detected initially. Consumer beware of this company ss their ml practices are deceitful and unprofessional to say the least. They wituld NOT have your best interest at heart, yet trying to get a quick buck.
Consumer beware
I had Mr Appliance come to
My house to diagnose my refrigerator and it was explained by the owner Ken that the fee would be waived. When the tech was done and I declined service he first said there was a $99 charge and when I refused service he proceeded to yell at me and say everyone just wants something for free. I would not recommend using this company unless u want to be yelled at and have people attempt to charge you when you decline service.
This customer misunderstood our policy regarding the service fee which is that it would be waived if the customer agrees to proceed and pay the cost of the repair. In regards to the "yelling", that is his opinion as the technician felt that the customer was harassing him when he requested they pay the service fee. The technician had spent almost an hour defrosting the refrigerator first in order to be able to do his diagnosis and give this customer a quote for the repair. In addition we had already purchased the parts we believed would be required based on the customer's description of the problem such that the technician could complete the repair and have their refrigerator back running as soon as possible.
We at Mr Appliance take pride in our work and strive to provide customers with exceptional service. And we stand behind what we repair with a one year guarantee. We also expect to receive fair compensation for the work performed. This customer did not pay us anything.
