Review: A brick driveway was installed in the fall of 2013. March 2014, a 10 foot vertical crack was reported to [redacted] promised to come and assess the complaint, after 2 weeks, he as called again, he said he was "busy, and apologized, and will come the following day". Another week passed and [redacted] was contacted several more times, now he is recognizing the phone number and not answering the calls from my home phone. I started using my cell to contact him and he would pick up and tell me he would call me back when he heard it was me. my last call to him I told him I would have my Lawyer contact him. I had my Lawyer draft a letter asking him to please try to reconcile this situation amicably. this letter was sent out May *, 2014. I also had my town's inspector try to reach out to him because they have a working relationship to advise him I would take further action if I do mot get a response from him. My Lawyer advises me to hire another contractor and sue him for the cost of the repairs. A this time the crack is 20 feet long and is has another crack running along side of it. The driveway also has horizontal crack running though the entire width of the driveway as well. At this time I strongly believe the foundation the brick was set in was improperly done and is causing the the bricks to be "stressed" and causing them to crack. [redacted] has made no effort to reconcile this but has made many excuses such as a "bad winter" or sometime this happens" but he promised to make good and his work. [redacted] has been hired several times to work on my three homes and never had a problem before. I believed that he would keep his word when he said he would.Desired Settlement: correct the issue with complete replacement
