At this time, I have been contacted directly by MPG Parking regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:They asked for estimates for my car which I submitted several weeks ago. I have emailed them several times asking for the latest update/status and...
they have not responded and I have not received payment.

Review: My car was damaged parking in the [redacted] garage on Dec [redacted].
I filed the accident report and I am still waiting for [redacted] at [redacted] to respond .Desired Settlement: $500

Review: Attended [redacted] at [redacted] on November [redacted], 2014. [redacted] offered a parking discount voucher for $12. When picking up my vehicle at approximately [redacted], I hand the cashier my voucher and $12 CASH. He insists that I MUST USE A CREDIT CARD to receive the discount. There is nothing on the voucher that states a credit card MUST be used to receive the discount. Past experience has proven this situation is a credit card skimming scam. I give cashier a credit card I have reserved with no pending charges for this type of situation to get my car. The credit card company is notified of this transaction and possible skimming.Desired Settlement: Written Confirmation from MP 41 LLC that they will be responsible for any charges to the card that I as the card holder did not authorize.
