We only took a deposit to special order parts and then paint these parts.  These are parts that can not be returned because they have been customized to the customers specifications and wishes.  These parts took a while to procure and scheduling conflicts have prevented us from getting to...

the customer until now.  I am more than willing to speak with the customer regarding this, have offered to get this work done in one day instead of two which was the original agreement. We have spoken a few times throughout this process and I told her I would contact her when everything was in my hands.  I received final pieces Friday June 23rd and was going to call Monday June 26th.  If she had a date to leave, I wish she would have notified us and we could have made other arrangements.  Still willing to get this project complete as none of these parts can be used nor returned as they have been custom painted for her.  I am willing to come to some sort of arrangement, however this customer has refused my calls and attempt to reach out and correct this.  This company is my family's main source of well being and we take these complaints very seriously and look to take care of this situation as soon as possible amicably.
