On Thursday March 29th one of your plumbers "Joe" came to my home to unclog my downstairs toilet drain pipe. I was charged an excessive fee of $764.00 for clearing the clog from my drain.
I would like you to reduce my bill to $319. for the following reasons.

1. I was told I would be charged $140.- per hour for the 1st hour and $120- per hour for subsequent hours plus materials.

2. Joe called me at 8:30am on Thursday and arrived at my home at 9:00am. By 9:30 he had discovered he had brought the wrong length snake and called to have another person {Nathan} bring a longer snake. At 10:00 Nathan arrived with the snake. At 11:30 Joe had removed the clog. At 11:45 he came in with bill.
According to my calculations Joe was at my home for 3 hours, 1 hour spend waiting to get the snake he should have brought with him. For actual work I should have been billed. $140 - 1 hour,$120 - 2nd hour,$59 materials = $319.00.
Instead I was charged for an additional 2 hours of Nathan's time for $220 and $75.00 for use of the larger snake (not a material). I was also charged $120.00 for the hour Joe was at my home "waiting" for the snake.

3. I was so surprised at the bill that I didn't know what to say and Joe charged the entire amount to my credit card.

4. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the excess charges.
I would prefer to have you make an adjustment from your end.
