Review: On 10/**/2013 I parked my vehicle BMW X1 2013 (scratch and damage free) at the stated parking garage. On the same date after I got my car back I noticed several scratches on the passenger side rear bumper with paint peeled and immediately called garage at ###-###-####. The responder told me to bring the car back next day. On 10/**/2013 I came back and tried to show the garage manager the damage made to my car by parking attendant(s). He just gave me a damage claim form to fill out but did not want to look at it. No-one called me to discuss any details after the claim was filed. On 11/**/2013 I received a letter from MP 17 LLC stating that their investigation "reveals no evidence of negligence" on the part of their attendants. I state that the garage space was extremely tight and crowded and the attendants scratched my car off the wall while moving it inside the garage. There were more than two parking attendants at a time I had my car in there. Their parking attendants must take the full responsibility for the damages inflicted to my vehicle.Desired Settlement: Minimum of $800 is required to repaint the bumper of X1 2013.
