Summer Living Direct has a "no returns" policy, but your order confirmation fails to tells you that. And there's nothing in the delivery box to indicate "no returns" either. My pillow was very basic, and much thinner than the 4" thickness promised. I guess somewhere in the ordering process there was fine print about "all sales final", but I must have missed it. Buying something this expensive and specific sight unseen with no option to return it if dissatisfied is just a poor choice. Wouldn't buy from them again, and definitely wouldn't recommend.

Very frustrating experience with Summer Living Direct. It appears on their website that you can order stock items or custom. That is not the case. Evidently everything thing is custom and NON returnable. No one from Summer Living Direct reaches out to confirm your order and validate the non return policy on what appears to be a stock item. They will not work with you on returns or finding a win win solution.
