Moving Unlimited damaged our TVDespite sending them pictures and them viewing the damage in person, the owner now refuses to answer calls or fix TV
We hired Moving Unlimited, LLC to perform our move from *** *** Way SW, Huntsville, AL XXXXX to *** Box *** Rd SE, Huntsville AL XXXXXThey moved an entire truckload of our possessions including 65" Samsung Plasma Television on Thursday, 7/26/As we closed on both the house we bought and the house we sold the next day 7/27/2018, we did not attempt to hook up the TV until Saturday 7/28/
While there was no obvious damage to the TV from a distance, upon closer inspection when we went to hook up the TV, there were hairline cracks emerging from an obvious impact in the center of the screenThe inner glass appeared to be broken and the TV would not turn onThis damage was not apparent unless you stood within feet of the TV and looked for it
