Moving N'at LLC

I have never written a negative review - I'm an easy to please person! However, I was severely let down by this companyThis review would be zero stars if it could be, because they did nothing for meI booked a small, easy move for June 2nd and confirmed it days prior, sent them a map with the location and all informationOn the day of the move, no one showed up and all of my calls went straight to voicemail, no reply to textsI haven't heard from them sinceMoving days are stressful, and I planned for this day months in advance just to be left sitting on a curb with my belongings all packed up at 8:in the morningI ended up renting a Uhaul and recruiting friends to move all day long - it was an extremely stressful dayI would have at least liked to have heard from this mover after the fact, but I haven't gotten a word from themThe only thing preventing this from being a scam is the fact that I did not pay beforehandIf the owner of this company is hoping to be serious about his profession, it needs to start with real communication with his customers and perhaps showing up to do a job that was confirmed
