Mouths of the South Auction Company

I purchased a small jon boat from an estate sale of Mouths of the South Auction Company 2-8-2020. I was given a bill of sale and the boat. I tried to get the boat registered but needed more documentation from the auction company. I notified the auctioneer (after numerous attempts to contact) of our needs according to NC Wildlife. He has repeatedly told me I do not need all this paperwork. But he finally provided a notarized bill of sale in early June 2020. I sent the notarized bill of sale to NC Wildlife and was refused registration because they also needed a Letter of Testamentary from the executor of the estate - as the boat was part of an estate sale. I notified the auctioneer on 8-5-2020 that I do need this document. He has yet to respond and I am afraid it will take several months to receive this needed document if ever without your assistance.
