out to ***, the manager of the Magee location, to find out more about your situationYou purchased the Sofa and Loveseat from us on our 25% off sale on November 25, Going through your notes, we saw that you contacted us on August 9, indicating you had an issue with your sofa and loveseat backsWe offer a money back guarantee on our merchandise within days for any reason if there are no signs of customer abuseUnfortunately, your request came after months of having the merchandise and our policies do not allow for returned merchandise after that time frameTherefore, our store offered to repair your sofa so you could continue to use your furnitureAfter receiving the request to fix, we notified our sales representative for the line you bought and took his advice on the best path to handle your issueThe vendor sent us a replacement back to the pieces and replaced your couch with a loaner while you waitedThe piece was loaned before thanksgiving so you could have something for your family to useWe had been unable to reach you to swap the loaner loveseat with the repaired oneWe were notified by the vendor that the piece that our vendor replaced, the loveseat console, was damaged from customer abuse on the back boardOriginally, some of the chair backs had not been inserted properly on deliveryThis was our mistake and we sent our guys back out to ensure proper placement of the backsHowever, the board from the console that had to be replaced was snapped from a hard hit or jumpingNevertheless, we replaced the console as well, and are prepared to deliver it at your requestYou called back in February to get an update on this process, and we notified you that we called several times, with no answer, to setup delivery for your repaired itemAt that point you stated you would not accept the replacement furnitureUnfortunately, with the month time span between your purchase and your complaint, the vendor citing customer abuse, and our delivery team being unable to setup the merchandise we replaced in your home for your approval, our investigation has led to the conclusion that we cannot give you new furnitureIf you disagree with our findings or would like to add additional comments you may call our customer service department at *** and ask for *** ***
