Mountainside Hydronic Heating

Mountainside installed a water heater at our hotel back in October 2019. We have been having issued with the heater. The system alert light is flashing. Guest are complaining of not having hot water. We are losing revenue because of this. I have called Shane 7 times and also emailed him. He has not returned our call. A few of guests have complained that the end of taken a cold shower, and lead into getting sick (cold). Of course, we don't really know if it did, but some believe it was because of the cold shower.
