Excellent customer service exceeding my expectations in both materials and installation. I will use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

Made appointment for agent to measure and order window replacement.which had been damaged by several birds hitting window, causing large cracks. Had to wait one week for appointment. Then agent never called or showed up after I called to make sure someone was coming. (Called twice.) I sent an email reporting this to Mountain Glass. The next day, the owner called and said they were too busy and blessed to do the job. He told me to call another company that wasn't as busy as them
With this attitude their business is probably disorganized and will soon learn chasing away customers is not a smart thing to do. But, I seriously doubt it.
