A-Way Transport was supposed to provide a charter bus for BCSTEP students who were going on a college tour on April **, The company was paid in full of $1,and cancelled the trip days prior stating the contract was not signedI have sent many requests to have the money returned and to no availability They even told me that my requests were threats and harassments although they are the ones' that did not return the money The money was paid to them from a NYS grant for underprivileged high school students and because of this neglect, our budget is negative $which will come from next budget if not returned ASAP I do not know what else to do other than complain to you Please help get the $back from this company that did not provide service Thank you in advance for any assistance you are able to offer
