A new home build was purchased Nov A punch list was provided to the builder in October Months and months have gone by with very little response, some issues were resolved There are outstanding issues, of which the builder and his employee will not answer phone calls or respond to any emails
1) Substantial 'creaking' throughout larges areas of the house It is evident floor boards were not screwed down properly
2) Lot not properly cleared Edges of property line and stumps in middle of the yard were not cleared
3) Water leaking in through the garage door During every above average rain storm, water comes into the garage
4) Cracks in Driveway and Walkway
5) Most importantly, the drain field in the backyard is causing cave in, holes, and lengthy dipping runs throughout backyard
