Mountain View Comfort

Mountain View Comfort installed our NEW HVAC system incorrectly in December 2019, (furnace and A/C unit) and the duct work they put in our home was installed incorrectly as well. We have been VERY COLD in our home since this shabby installation and Mountain View Comfort has refused to fix the problem. My wife and I had to pay someone else to come out and tell us what the exact problems were. The installation caused a very high static pressure in our new HVAC system which can burn up the new equipment and cause dangerous safety issues. Mountain View Comfort insisted everything was OK but we FAILED THE INSPECTION by the regional inspector. Finally Mountain View sent someone out to look at the system and we cleared our schedules to have our problems resolved. Mountain View stood us up and did not show up for the appt. and they NEVER even called us. I have spoken with the General Manager, Mike, at Mountain View Comfort TWICE now and they are ignoring us completely. We have spent several thousand dollars to get a new HVAC system and now we are freezing in our own home. The trunk line and the fresh air intake lines are both too small causing the high static pressure and the airflow that we get out of our vents is very weak. A different company told us that the problems are SO SERIOUS that we should not run our furnace much because it COULD BE DANGEROUS! Mountain View Comfort is a rip-off and I would not suggest anyone do any business with them. I know that mistakes happen, but to lie about it and then say you're going to fix it and then not show up on the day we cleared our schedule is childish and totally unprofessional. Don't do business with Mountain View Comfort!
