Mountain View Animal Clinic of Southern Arizona

I brought my dog to the Mountain View Animal Clinic in Vail and found them friendly and affordable. But when they came out to update my horse's vaccinations they charged me a $55.00 dirt road fee on top of a $95.00 house call fee, along with a $70 exam fee! This was added on top of the vaccine costs! And they gave my horse a Dexamethasone shot without ever asking if I was okay with it and my horse had never had a reaction to vaccines in the past. I told the Dr. this, but I was still charged an extra $35.00 for this shot. Being only 12 miles from my house, I made the mistake of assuming they would be more affordable than vets who are 20 or more miles further, boy was I wrong! I informed them they had lost my business for both our dog and horse after they refused to take any money off the bill.
