I purchased what I thought was an LP appliance and had it installed in Nov 2013--it was not installed correctly (was not converted to LP) Had two plumbers try to get it converted, both did lousy jobs, so finally had Mountain Valley come out, hoping they could correct the prior errors and get this thing working right! Which, THEY DID! Finally, a company that does what they say they can do I am very pleased with their work and will be employing Mountain Valley in the years to come (Navien hot water heater and other gas appliances)
