question we have found that the charges were placed on their account in error, and that the damages to the furniture were clearly marked on their move in inspection sheet.    We apologize for this mistake and the problems that our error has caused [redacted]  We will contact [redacted] and clear the balance owed with them as well so that their credit report will be cleared of this debt and collection efforts will stop.   If we can be of further assistance please let us know.   Sincerely,   [redacted] Community Manager
