I am a homeowner and needed some material to finish up a project. I called to confirm they had the parts needed and they had 3 of them in stock and I needed 2. I drove there within one hour due to where I live. When arriving the sales clerk went to retrieve the parts and gave them to me. During the time he was getting the parts another gentlemen came in which was an obvious contractor and needed the same parts. The sales clerk took them from me and gave them to the contractor. ad said that was all they had in stock.

Now I realize I am just a small person in the grand scheme of things, but this is obvious to me that this is a poor business ethic and I have never had this type of experience before.
