Mountain Springs Apartments

My name is ***. I live in Mountain Springs Apartment, ***. I’m writing you this letter to file a complain against the apartment complex regarding insects and bugs that are infecting my place. They started exterminating but the result is the same. I requested for an upgrade for another room and they turned it down. We’ve been experiencing itchiness on our skin because of the bugs. I even called them and never responded. I emailed them asking for a credit or rather not pay my last months rent and still no reply. Your assistance might help me resolve this matter.
