This complaint was filed against the wrong business entityThe complaint is against Mountain Peak Hearing Associates, Inc.(MPHA), a company which was partnered with Peak ENT to do their hearing testingThe Mountain Peak Hearing Clinic is not associated with Peak ENT, and has not been involved in this particular issue in any wayThe bill did not come from our practice, and no payment has been requested or received for the referenced services by our company, which did not exist when the services were rendered and does not own MHPA's receivablesMy understanding is that MPHA is trying to close their books so that they can de-register their company with the Secretary of State, and that this is one of their pending invoices that is preventing them from wrapping upWhile I am sympathetic to the issue of medical billing, insurance coverage and payments, and all the attending paperwork, this complaint should be filed against another company, mine is not now and never has been involved with this person or this issue Best wishes, ***
