this particular issue in any way. The bill did not come from our practice, and no payment has been requested or received for the referenced services by our company, which did not exist when the services were rendered and does not own MHPA's receivables. My understanding is that MPHA is trying to close their books so that they can de-register their company with the Secretary of State, and that this is one of their pending invoices that is preventing them from wrapping up. While I am sympathetic to the issue of medical billing, insurance coverage and payments, and all the attending paperwork, this complaint should be filed against another company, mine is not now and never has been involved with this person or this issue.  Best wishes, [redacted]

This is a duplicate complaint to the one submitted yesterday, which I have responded to. This person is not a customer of my business, and the complaint should be filed with Mountain Peak Hearing Associates, Inc, not with The Mountain Peak Hearing Clinic. We are not the same company despite the similarity in name.
