I demand a full refund

I ordered a balsa wood airplane kit from mountain models and on February 5,2020. I requested 4 to 7 business days for shipping. After checking the status online, it still says "Processing". I've made numerous attempts to contact the owner via email, phone calls and Facebook Mmessenger. I have not received any replies. The owner states the company is for sale, but someone will be processing orders. It's been well over 15 days, and my order has not been recieved.
