Review: In January I received 3 loads of Chicken Litter, from Mountain Development Co. (Sales Person [redacted]). I was told by Mr. [redacted] that the litter was coming out of a Layer House. He had a employee deliver the 3 loads in question to Verona Va. When the litter was spread large rocks ranging from 3" to 10" in size were in the litter and therefore were spread onto approx. 30 acres of hay ground. Also in the litter was dead chickens and eggs and chicken bones. When I contacted Mr. [redacted] he gave no solution to the problem other than, he was going out of town and if I called him back later that week he would try to send someone to help pick up the rocks and other objects that were spread out on to the fields at my request. When, contact was attempted to Mr. [redacted], his phone went straight to voice mail. I had previously advised Mr. [redacted], that I had arranged to have others help pick up the debris from the fields affected. Since my conversation with Mr. [redacted], 8 text messages including concerns and pictures of the rocks found, along with possible resolutions to issue. Mr. [redacted] has failed to make any attempt to contact me to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Until the hay is made, I do not know what further damage or cost I will be subjected too. A text was sent to Mr [redacted] asking him to provide a reliable Hay bine, that is not going to break down, so my new equipment is not damaged. 1. Replace the 3 loads of litter with clean dry litter. Chicken/Turkey 2. Pay for my time and others for picking up debris and refund half of cost of litter. 3. Pay for damage that would be obtained by hitting rocks with a Disc Bine.
Review: Mr. [redacted] Hauled litter from out turkey farm with the agreement of $14/ton. The entire litter shed was emptied by his hauling in which he was suppose to provide documentation of weight, however, I am unable to reach Mr. [redacted]. He has never paid me for the litter. Several attempts have been made via cell phone calls, text messages and voice mails. He will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: He needs to pay for the litter he hauled from the farm.
