I am rejecting this response because: I did not sign or pay for the car until I took possession of it which was August 20th. Therefore if I wanted to return it it would be from that day not from when I was quoted insurance for a car I did not have. The insurance wasn't even effective for that car until days later

I am rejecting this response because: if I agree to Mr. [redacted] lies as he explained in his email response that would make me seem as though I am lying about my complaint. Yes [redacted]s approached me while waiting at the dealer ship on 2/25/2017 apologizing to me  that I waited a total of 3 hours and Mr. [redacted] never even acknowledge I was there and never spoke to me regarding my concern. In my opinion that was beyond rude and somewhat arrogant childish behavior as if he trying to punish me for speaking up about my issue. No associate spoke to me about my seats on 2/25/2017 or told me any response from Mr. [redacted]. And as of this day 2/27/2017, he hasn't bothered to responded to my email I sent on 2/19/2017 or reached out to me via postal service with a HONEST  explanation. I had my [redacted] with me on 2/17/2017 when I purchased the car she actually co-signed my loan and she also witness the conversation with [redacted] my [redacted] (not [redacted] as Mr. [redacted]  explained) So therefore I am not willing to accept paying for ANYTHING. I work in management, I'm educated and I have 100 employees that I help everyday. I would never treat someone like I've been treated in this situation. Mr. [redacted] lacks integrity and honesty.
