Review: I purchased a 2003 pt cruiser from mt auto for 4200.00 dollars, on march 5 2014. Shortly after purchase (60 days), I had to rreplace the radiator brand new costing approx. 130.00 and we did labor ourselves. Then shortly after, (90 day), I experianced electrical issues in dashboard and radio, it would go out while driving, and in order for the car to respond I had to shut car off and restart to get the lights and radio to respond. Also the car would not change gears, leaving me to beleive it was electrical. Then during labor and delivery of our first great grandchild the car stopped working on June 11,2014. The transmission had completely gone out.After having car looked at est. price is 2500.00 for repairs and new transmission. Still dont know if there is any electrical issues. After speaking to daughter who has also had issues with "The Lemon Law," I decided to ask for litigations between the seller and I. I spoke with [redacted] at Mountain Auto and he stated if I would have told him sooner they would have fixed, in my regards to not having transportation I waited til after I received confirmation of repair cost to contact Mt Auto. The car sat unable to use from June 11,2014 to August 18th, 2014 because I couldnt afford to have repairs looked at or even to tell me what was wrong. I understand I bought as is but the law states no lemon law for a reason, I thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: I would want him to pay repair fees and fix my car.
