Mountain Angels

A few years ago I signed a contract with Annie G [redacted] to clean my house in Grand Lake This would be on an as needed basis I used Annie's Angel's (the name of the business before changing to Mountain Angels) a few times I really was not impressed with the quality of the service; however, I kept using them when I absolutely needed to (when I could not clean my house myself) The last few times that Mountain Angels cleaned my home, the cleaners were more concerned with making animal shapes with the tissue boxes than cleaning the house thoroughly A few months ago I received an email from Annie G [redacted] , saying that she would be stepping down and a person named [redacted] would be taking over I emailed Annie G [redacted] and asked her for my house keys back I received no response I emailed several times, called with no response I then emailed [redacted] , asking for my keys [redacted] replied stating that he did not have my keys, he only had the "active account keys" I th
