I used Mountain Angels for many years to clean my vacation condo on a regular basis, but the quality fell off in the last months and there have been several billing irregularities I installed a nanny cam and witnessed a Mountain Angels employee coming in with no cleaning supplies She did not dust, sweep or mop floors; instead, she wiped the kitchen counters briefly with a paper towel and then made vacuum-like marks on my carpet with my broom! She stayed for minutes (talking on her cell phone) and I was billed for hrs This is all on film
Thinking that the employee's fraud was not necessarily the company's fault, I informed the owner of the company Though the owner apologized and credited me for the 'work,' I later found out that the employee was not only NOT fired, she is now the head supervisor
I have no actionable complaint for Revdex.com since I was issued a credit for the hours, but I submit this for the benefit of other customers: Install a nanny cam Beware

A few years ago I signed a contract with Annie G*** to clean my house in Grand Lake This would be on an as needed basis I used Annie's Angel's (the name of the business before changing to Mountain Angels) a few times I really was not impressed with the quality of the service; however, I kept using them when I absolutely needed to (when I could not clean my house myself) The last few times that Mountain Angels cleaned my home, the cleaners were more concerned with making animal shapes with the tissue boxes than cleaning the house thoroughly
