refrigerant back in the system per manufacturers specifications. * Owner complained the system ran almost continuous ( Temperatures were below 32 degrees ) and she thought the the thermostat was defective. We replaced the thermostat. * The new system was installed on an existing duct system by others. On further inspection we found the return air ducting was inadequate size. We enlarged the ducting at no charge and the system preformed to factory specifications. * To ensure the system was operating properly and ensure the system was properly installed and running correctly we had the equipment factory service representative visit the job and check the equipment. He preformed several function checks to evaluate the system. His conclusion, the system is properly installed and performs to factory specifications. * I have not heard from the customer in approximately two weeks. I plan to follow up with her later to ensure proper operation of her system. * I told the customer if we could not satisfy her that we would remove the system and give her a full refund. Respectfully, [redacted], Mountain Air, Inc.
