AFter the project started Mr [redacted] was not happy with the consistance of dirt hauled in I hauled in more dirt he still wasnt happy He stated there was too much and was not happy with plan drawn by Mau & Associates So I had Mr [redacted] get together with Mau & Associates and redraft a plan that would better suit him Sept of almost a year later after contract was signed the excavation plan changed A retaining wall was added So how can Mr [redacted] expect to have a retaining wall added for free? So we spoke what was on the plan Mr [redacted] still wasnt happy I gave him what he asked for Now he is stating it doesnt pass flood plain rules So for starters We will not finish project till a change order is figured out for retaining wall and adding to retaining wall (materials & Labor) When this is figured out we will complete in spring as soon as possible

I am sending copys of e-mail exchange between me and carpentry unlimited. also a copy of surveyers shot of our land where it is low on dirt. we are on a flood plain here but he knew this when we hired him. thank you,  [redacted]---------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted]...
