Despite being provided with updated insurance information, Mount Sinai Pathology Associates submitted their claim to my former insurance company When that company rejected the claim, rather than reach out to me, Mount Sinai Pathology Associates simply turned my file over to a credit agency That agency was less than sympathetic! Once I found someone at Mount Sinai to help, the error was corrected, but not before I was hounded by the collection agency Thank you Mount Sinai for almost ruining my credit rating!
