Placed an order with this company on 9/14/19 and have a confirmation email that it was placed. The item was on backorder but it was supposed to be available in December.Item has yet to be received and I am unable to track it on the company's order tracking site. Reached out to the company several times for an update on the status of the order. Received one acknowledgement response after the 2nd time I contacted them but they did not confirm the status of the order and have not responded to repeated follow-up requests. Yet, I paid for the product in September.
