Review: [redacted] - [redacted] advertises the item of "[redacted] Magnetic Oil Drain Plug V2" as being able to be repeatedly re-used as an oil drain plug. However, the o-ring has deteriorated after a single use, and now the magnet has fallen out of the drain plug as well. It appears the magnet was just glued into a plastic sleeve. I am just lucky that the magnet didn't attach itself to an internal engine component. I have asked [redacted] to replace the unit as I have no oil in my vehicle as a result of this faulty product, but he has refused.Desired Settlement: Send a new oil drain plug and replacement o-rings

I am taking care of this now.· This person is making a false claim about the o-ring being re-usable.· I don’t show a record of them ever buying from us· They never contact us directly to get this take care ofI have contacted Revdex.com regarding this.
Review: I visited motowheels.com March 23 2015. I created a search for my motorcycle a 14' [redacted] 899. Under that search I found [redacted] sport line grips and [redacted] handlebar ends. At the checkout process it specifically states "In order to confirm fitment please let us know what year, make and model bike you have." To which I filled out 14' [redacted] 899. I received the parts and they in fact do not fit my motorcycle. I called the manufacturer [redacted] gave them the part numbers and they confirmed they do not fit my bike and [redacted] also stated that they currently do not make any grips or handlebar ends that fit my 14' [redacted] 899. The [redacted] employee stated "I don't understand why they would have sold you those parts." I spent exactly $128.00 on these products. Once I found out for sure these do not fit I had emailed [redacted], an employee I spoke with through email during my original order. On 4/01/15 I sent several emails within a 48 hour period. After receiving no communications back from Mr. [redacted] I then emailed [redacted] that the company provided on their contact form. Through that email provided I have again received no communications from this company. Seems their plan is to just sell me parts that don't fit and sever communications with me.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. They have a redundant system set up by searching for specific motorcycle make parts and then confirming the fitment of those parts. Someone didn't do their job and I should not have to pay for it.

Review: On March 12, 2014, I spoke to [redacted] at Motorwheels about purchasing a pair of gold anodized Piega Oz wheels for my Ducati 1198 (motorcycle). They had a set that was returned to them from a dealer for 1,799 dollars ($200 dollars off the regular price).I asked [redacted] if there was anything wrong with the wheels and why they were returned, he responded "no." I, then asked why were they returned, he responded that the dealer just didn't want them. I said that I would think about it and call him back in a few days. On March 14, 2014, I called Motorwheels and talked to [redacted] and told him that I was going to order the wheels, and asked him to check to make sure the wheels were in perfect condition, before sending them out, he said he would. Next, I went online and purchased them with my credit card. Afterwards, I called [redacted] back and told him that I just purchased the wheels and again to make sure there was nothing wrong with the wheels. He said that he would do that and the wheels were going out later that day. On March 21, 2014, the wheels arrived at my house. I glanced at the front wheel, sealed the box, glanced at the rear wheel, and sealed the box up. On March 24, 2014,I had the wheels installed on the motorcycle at [redacted].After the technician installed them, we noticed the front wheel was noticeably lighter gold than the rear. On the same day, March 24,I called Motorwheels and talked to [redacted]. [redacted] said I'm sorry this happened, send me some photos of your motorcycle. I did, [redacted] said he would take care of it, he had to talk to his boss, [redacted],and he'll get back to me the next day. On March 25, I called Motorwheels and talked to [redacted], [redacted] said I'm sorry sir, we cannot do anything about it since the wheels have already been installed on the bike already. I responded, I asked you three times, is there anything wrong with the wheels and you said "no," I said it is your fault that I received these wheels, that is why the dealership sent them backDesired Settlement: I want a new front wheel, the same color as the rear.
