Motorcycles of Miami does not care about customers concerns and service I purchased a Bonneville Ton April 26, at the dealer Motorcycles of Miami in MiamiThe motorcycle has issues to turn on, this failure happens at least 1-times a dayI took the motorcycle to be repaired under warranty at the same dealer, which is authorized by Triumph [redacted] the service manager, confirmed the failure and spend several days (even weeks) trying to repair it but he was unable (I took it there three times with the same failure)Since they did not offer any solution, I decided to file a complaint with Consumer Protection and requested the manufacturer for a solution The manufacturer has requested Motorcycles of Miami to look at the bike again with their guidance, but because of my complaint, Motorcycles of Miami now refuses to even look at the bike Since they are the only authorized service center in Miami, I now have to go to Pompano Beach
