Hitting a small bump caused the vehicle to pull tremendously. The ABS light turned on and the ABS started to engage while driving which is very unsafe. We live 90 minutes away and so I didn’t want to drive it back to the dealership to have them look at it again for god knows how long, so I brought it into my trusted mechanic to have them take a look. They found that the vehicle had a broken tie rod in the front and another one that was extremely loose. The brakes in the rear were seized. The ABS sensors in the rear were not working and the rear axle had major damage and needed to be fully replaced. What was crazy is that all of the issues that were found were things that his team was supposedly working on for almost 2 weeks…
I had my mechanic start fixing the issues and texted George to let him know about the damage that was found. He apologized and asked that I send him the bill afterwards so that they could help me out. I sent him the bill and they responded by saying that they aren’t willing to do anything.
Keep in mind this all happened within the first few days of owning the vehicle. So over $3,000 later, our vehicle is not road worthy.
I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. These guys are shady and dishonest. George, you should be ashamed of yourself!
I was lied to about a part being replaced after buying the vehicleAlso experiencing "old" electrical issues with the vehicle only months after buy BUYER BEWARE Do NOT ever buy a car from this establishment [redacted] is a liar, a con artist, the biggest scammer I have ever dealt with!!!! My GMC Yukon, which I just bought in September/October, for $22,is now in the shop needing electrical workI called [redacted] a few days ago to make him aware of the issue and to also ask him about the part he promised to replace when we bought the car.....1st red flag; "I don't have a service shop or mechanics right now" how convenient right?! Next he tells me I have to take it to a GM dealership, so I called oneThey quoted me over the phone for a service fee and explained the process in full detail about how they workI call [redacted] again....2nd red flag "you bought a used car what do you expect, even if you bought a new car they are determined to have issues eventually" NOT WITHIN MONTHS OF

my mechanic told me that my $warranty that I got back in October wasn't even active there was no record of me! The guy [redacted] at motorcars was really rude back when I bought that truck made a lot of empty promises but after the first time I had to come there and sit to wait for them to put a new battery in my truck and had to sit there for hours just for them to put a battery in and he was really rude so I didn't want to go back there but when I just found out that my warranty that I payed for months ago was never even active I went there and I showed him my warranty and told him it wasn't active and he called and they said they had no record of it and he said there fax machine must have been broke I told him I just wanted my money back and he said no that's not possible and he said he had to activate it and fax it to the company I told him I wanted to wait and get a second opinion and he would not give me back my paper until he was done faxing it I kept asking him to hand it
