My trade-in vehicle was robbed in their possession on their grounds with $1500 worth of equipment stolen. The General Manager and I got into a heated argument where I had to call on Women's Rights. I was ridiculed by staff and GM. I was humiliated. The selling price was not disclosed, I asked for 2 Protections (GAP and TIRE&WHEEL) and was called names when I asked why I hadn't gotten those added yet to my new car purchase. The salesman did not go over the car. They did not put a 45 day tag on it, they transferred plates. The OHIO BMV does not have record of the new car I purchased 6 months ago. I've been driving Illegally. I worked across the street at TOYOTA (same company) and they had me doing MANAGER WORK for NO PAY. I told them I was seeking $10,000 in Compensation for my work and my time. They fired an employee who had sexually harassed me prior to purchasing this car. I will be seeking compensation including damages as my bills went unpaid and I did the work. I kept track and tally and printed and have a large FILE full of evidence including emails, my name listed as Manager in the system etc.
I dropped my Honda off for warranty repair work on August 22, 2019. The warranty company approved the work to be don on the same day. I called the service advisor Georgiann she did not answer. I called to speak to a supervisor to see when will my car be ready no answer no call back. I called today, August 26, 2019 and Georgiann advised me that my car would be ready for pick up August 27, 2019 I did not receive a call . I called and was on hold with Melissa for 30 minutes. I drove up to the dealer and asked where is my car and nobody knew where it was. It took 20 minutes for them to find it Deante P was very rude and uncaring, Scott P the Manager did not move out of his seat to help. They both were uncaring and did not try to rectify the problem. My car was there for 5 days , they never ordered the parts and the manager, supervisor or advisor did not contact me to tell me what the status was. I have been buying cars from Motor Cars Honda for over 16 years and we have been getting our car service there for over 20 years and never have we received such poor service, uncaring and could care less about customer loyalty .

I had called the company for items that was forgetting in one of there cars I have called the company so many times I talked to a guy name *** on june 19,2019 he said that he would call me back that was last week he will not return my calls the items was tennis shoes and a work uniform I just want my items back it was left in a Honda CR-V 2016 they said that the was sold if so please give me my things

The customer took this unit on an overnight test drive and returned the car the next day-deciding to go another direction. That same day we sold the unit to another customer-the car went to detail and service for inspection and neither department found a uniform or shoes inside, we also called the customer that purchased the unit who also confirmed nothing was left inside.
Motorcars is going to reimburse the requested amount. A check will be sent in the mail.
I purchased a new vehicle (2019 Honda Civic si) with a vehicle service contract from *** called *** on 2/28/2019. I called the dealership on 3/2/2019 to cancel the vehicle service contract. When I arrived at the dealership on 3/4/2019 to sign off on the vehicle service contract cancellation, I was informed that there was a $75.00 cancellation fee. Up to this point in time I had received nothing in writing about a cancellation fee. It took the dealership 6 weeks, from 3/4/2019 to 4/20/2019 to get the vehicle service contract cancelled. During this time, since it was included as part of the vehicle installment contract, it incurred interest charges. By escalating this issue to the general manager, I was able to get the vehicle service contract cancelled on 4/20/2019. Although the balance of $1,920 (vehicle service contract price $1,995 - cancellation fee $75) was deducted from the outstanding balance of the vehicle, the vehicle service contract price of $1,995 was taxed at 8 percent ($1,920 .08 = $159.60). As of this writing, the $159.60 has not been refunded. I contacted the general manager again on 5/21/2019 about getting the tax on the vehicle service contract refunded but I have not received a response.

When management was made aware of the situation for the customers desire to cancel the service contract, it was flat cancelled that day and immediately refunded to the customer.
We will be refunding the $159.60 that the customer is requesting to cover the taxes and cancellation fee to resolve the situation to the customers satisfaction.

On October 3 my best friend *** and myself went to Motorcars Honda to look for a new vehicle. There we were met by ***, she stated that we could fill out an application so that she would have our information and that she would do a soft pull on our credit just to see where we stood. We then looked at eight cars, none of which worked for us. We then went back into the dealership where we said we would look at the numbers on one car just to see if we could afford the payments. *** then without our permission, proceeded to have her finance team do a hard pull on our credit. This being done has left a black mark on our credit. Motorcars Honda refuses to own up to what they did and write a letter to TransUnion so that this be taken off our records.
