It is unfortunate to have to resort to measures such as this in order to resolve an unfair issue such as this It would seem that it would be in a company's best interest to handle their customers' reasonable requests fairly At any rate, I am deeply grateful for your fine organization and the promptness with which you handled my case My trust has been restored: Thank you!

Motorcars Honda has responded to the customer. A refund has been issued for $as the customer has requested
I have sold the car to another dealer here in Virginia because I could not risk travelling in a car with frame damageI am satisfied with the response and I would like to withdraw this complaint

Anytime that we get a complaint or a customer is not happy with any point in the transaction we take it very seriously. I looked into why there was such a delay and miscommunication. Simply, we dropped the ball and the paperwork didn’t get to the correct person to get refunded. After we saw this...
