I am rejecting this response because:
I appreicate that they care about trying to fix the problems they caused, but I can't trust themI have taken my car to them many times for basically the same issuesAnd like I said, if they can't fix the problem the first time or second time, there's no point in trying to have them do it a third timePlus, there's no excuse for my brake senor being ripped off or the under cover not being put on correctlyI can't trust this place anymore

I am rejecting this response because: I have done this many times already where they say they will try their best to resolve the issue, but I leave with nothing but disappointment. Yes, I did bring this matter to their attention when I picked up the car last time telling [redacted] that my check engine light is still on. Only to find out from another mechanic that it is because of all the repair work that has failed with them ( the cylinder misfiring due to poorly installed valves causing disfunction in air flow tank). Overall, I can't trust it will be done right if it hasn't been done right the first or second time.

Review: Brought my car in for repair. I gave them a list of what issues I wanted fixed. Instead of fixing those issues, motor motion went around my list and didn't fix what I asked them to fix. For example they took out my large battery for no reason and put in a small battery, causing my alternator to go out, which did get replaced by them but they never put a battery of equal value back in. My car still has the issue that their shop created, I have to jump start my car everyday which has become a major issue, my alternator will go out again soon.Desired Settlement: I have brought in my car several times, only to be kicked out by their service people. I would like my money back. Considering I've been back there 5 times and without a car those 5 times and their solution wasn't permanent. It was temporary. They don't know what they are doing in my opinion and I would like my money back so I can take my car to a shop that will actually listen and actually fix the issue. They do not listen to me and make assumptions like I don't know what I'm talking about.

On November 2014 [redacted] brought her car in, and requested a cooling system inspection because of a coolant leak, and a diagnostic test because the transmission warning light was on, we found hoses leaking at heater control valve, we replaced her heater and radiator hoses and thermostat based on cooling system inspection, she also requested we check sun roof inop, we removed her head liner to check the circuit, found a bad connection at no additional charge.

At that time we also performed an oil change, license plate bulb, brake light bulb, serpentine belt was replaced due to condition, PS fluid was replaced due to condition, battery failed the load test so we recommended replacing it.

In December2014 [redacted] stated her battery was going dead, [redacted] insisted on a different battery, at that time we found a draw on the battery, we performed testing to locate the source from the aftermarket radio, she declined replacing the battery.

March 2015 [redacted] came with the same complaint, we replaced alternator free of charge, there was also a coolant leak so we replaced the thermostat and gasket free of charge. We Battery again free of charge, We advised [redacted] to disconnect the hands free link and replace the stereo which she declined these repairs. We furthermore advised [redacted] that if the hands free link and stereo were not disconnected the battery AND alternator would likely fail again.

Between these visits [redacted] had numerous no show appointments, [redacted] would call and insist on a same day or next day appointment and then not show up. Since the Complaint was filed [redacted] called 11-18-19 to setup an appointment to fix this on 11-19-15, and did not show up for her appointment.

**It is important to mention that [redacted] did not pay for the work performed, her father did. Furthermore it is difficult to Communicate with [redacted] when she is not sober, multiple witnesses can attest that [redacted] was not sober during most of our communication with her**

Review: Okay, so I took my 05 bmw here for inspection. when I first bought it. I paid $150 for the inspection and was told I need all the fuilds changed, two bad hoses, trans gasket leak, coolant leak an a bracket replaced. So in the process of repairing these things, I also needed a valve resealed. Each time I got my car back from a repair I would notice my info on my dash was swiped with a obd and then another time my brake light came on. I took my car to another shop for brakes and he told me my brakes were fine but soemone ripped my brake light sensor off and motion motors is the only other place ive had my car worked on. So I got the senor fixed and went to motor motion to finish the work I needed. and what I had left was the oil leak. Not only did I get my car back late then originally planned my oil leak was still present and my check engine light came on. I called motion motors and told me that it shouldn't be nothing to be concerned of and if it still there in a week come back. Two days after that phone call my car was telling me there was an engine malfunction and wasnt even driveable at that point. I called motion motor back they took my car and told me that all the work they did came undone nd cause more damage. It caused my car to have a cylinder misfire, and another valve to bust. Once I got my car back the check engine light was still on. I asked them about that and said that it will go off on its own. So when I was driving the car home the cover for the underneath the car fell off and I called them back and they replaced it with a new one. Now going through all this trouble and having my eepairs fail with them I went back to thr mechanic who fixed my brake light for inspection. He told me that my spark plugs are bad from the cylinder misfire and that I ruined my inflow tank which is why my check engine light is on. Now im not driving the car due to the poorly done repairs of motion motors and lack of safety concerns. I shouldn't have to be paying for their damages.Desired Settlement: 4,750
