This place is a joke , I purchased a vehicle to only find out that it had been flooded and everything in it looks like it has been copy and pasted. I lost out on 3000$ and took in my payment early only to be charged a late fee because they did not process it till 6 days later .. mind you it was a money order and so I call and tell them and they told me there is nothing they can do. They add in insurance into the payment and expect you to carry liability with another insurance company. They promised to fix anything on the car that needed to be repaired I dropped my car off and they never even touched it. stay away from here they will take all your money for junk yard cars that they lease to you and only to find out to purchase its another couple thousand even after paying 8000 on a used no good pos.

find a chevy cruise on line 1800 dollars low mile, went to look at it at the dealership not there been sold, well u just sent me a email saying come down look at the car, The dealership is a complete junk yard please do not go there, this place needs to be shut down.

I was checking on lone for a used car and came across several potential listings from Motor Mall in Jacksonville Florida. I printed out five (5) cars and left a message for this company. The next day two (2) representatives called me back and told the cars were available and they were open for business on Saturday.

We drove the 2 1/2 hours of Jacksonville and was greeted by a salesman who said to look at the cars in the lot. I did not the see the cars I printed out and noticed none of the cars have any stickers on them that would show the price.

We I talked to the salesman he said two of the five cars sold last week and he was not familiar withe the other three specially the two PT Cruisers that were listed. He then said he has a few hundred cars in the back and customers are not allowed on that lot as they were in Auction Pending ( I have not idea about this) and he said they were purchased and not looked at yet. He further said you have to make an appointment to review those cars Monday through Friday only.

I have never dealt with a car company, and I have bought a lot of cars in my life, but never have I had someone tell I could not look at a car that was advertised and only during the week.

Everything in the ad was incorrect and the cars listed were not even there.

Very disappointed how this company does business.

I purchased a 2008 Buick LaCrosse from motor mall a few months ago. I spent all my tax money on this vehicle I needed a car very bad. I am now not even a few months in I am out of a car I have a child I have a job and we have needs motor mall has taken that from us they have scamed us out of money we didn't even have I lost 3000$ messing with motor mall *** had me sign a lease car for business use only which I did not know at all until I sat down and read the fine print on all pages. I was told I was not allowed out of town with MY vehicle unless I warned them a day before. When I first got the car I had someone with me. He noticed there was acid on the car battery *** tried to say that is was not acid and the car was OK 3 days later the car completely stopped on me and wouldn't not crank from 9 am to about 4 pm that day got a full run around for a check that was 30$ for a battery at interstate battery that *** wrote me remind you I live on the Westside of Jacksonville Atlantic is a drive imagine all day driving from one side to the other because *** and his fake prime finance where playing around and lieing. I end up buying a 200$ battery that same night I needed my car to get back and fourth to work . I told *** and showed him my receipt he told me they will not give me my money back. I played it cool and left did more research on these people kept reading this so called contract they typed up. I notice that it also says even after I pay 15000 on a 2008 Buick LaCrosse that be was a salvage title I would still have to purchase the car cash 4000$ in order to revieve the car and title in my name. Moral of the story when is someone going to shut these people down and get the ones who where screwed there money back and a car? This is crazy I put my all into this freaking car I want my car back and my 3000$ someone please help someone please contact me! Its my money and I want it BACK!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle and it has been falling apart since the day I left the dealership. I tried to get the engine and transmission checked before the warranty expired and they did nothing. I took the vehicle to have it appraised to see if I can trade it in for a better vehicle but the dealer said there's a problem with the title then went to retrieve the carfax. He brought to my attention that my vehicle has been deemed a total loss and also had severe flood damage.

I had to call six times before someone answered, asked for sales and was abruptly told "I had to come in to do so"; I told the women I'm in VA, and was immediately hung up on. I then receive a text message to to a random website.
Unprofessional & Rude!
If someone was going to drive 900 miles to buy from you and this was how I was treated.
This was horrible, and I would like a response!

I purchased this vehicle pirior to me having surgery in jax. I have 3 kids ages 9,6,2 Im single mother im on welfare I work been on my job 6 years my oldest has chronic asthma so this was reliable transportation for my kids and I to get around to and from there doctors appointments a ride to and from school bc where we are located there is no bus and also transportation for me to get to and from work. I trusted these people and they really hurted me and my kids they were so happy we had a car to get around and didnt have to walk anymore. I came to the carlot with my friend we seen alot of people walking around looking and driving off. We seen cars that I liked and talk to a salesperson he told us the amount for one car I was insterested in which was too high so I go to find something cheaper we werent expecting to make payments at all.we find a car and the sales guy says we can get you in anything 3 year warranty on the car if it had a problem they will fix with no charge or we could get another car so we were like wow thats really a great deal he asked what we wanted to spend I said no more than 2,000 he was like ok I can get you 2,500 down and 150 every month we sat there to think then he says were not that hard in helping so we were like that sounds good so as soon as we get in the office he asked how would I be paying we said debit he takes my card and swipes it real fast then he says oh you have flordia fees swipes it again for 500 we look at each and were like what is he doing we said we thought you said 2500 he says oh I forgot about the 500 for the flordia fees. We werent planning on spending that much at all that was 3,000 well we thought so then he says I have to talk to our finance person about you guys deal on the car. The sales guy leaves and was gone for a good minute he comes in and says sorry we cant do the deal we agreed on and it will be 133 every two weeks we really didnt want to do that but it was a sat it was 545 and I had to be back in jax monday for surgery and we had no more transportation and he said it would be 2 weeks to get our refund bc it went to their finance company so we said yes he was like ok he said he will be with you in a few to do your paperwork so we were like ok so we are sitting wondering whats taken so long why we havent test drove the car so when the finance guy comes to get us we had been waiting for almost 30 mins so he takes us in the next room to tell us that sorry they couldnt do the first deal so exactly how much we will have to pay from there so now its 173 for the first payment the date was 2/25/2017 and our first payment was 180 on 3/3/2017 for flordia taxes bc he said we were out of town and had to have a flordia tag to travel back to georgia he asked did we want to pay now or wait we agreed to wait so he says ok you have this to pay now do you have insurance we responded no to make a long story short I had my friend to go get 380 out the atm bc they said they machine is down and the insurance place I talk to the insurance man gave him my card number and all we gave them 380 for my insurance these people gave me the wrong tag you here people not being able to leave with their car bc they couldnt get insurance we hear someone else having a problem where their payment aint go through they gave me my paperwork people kept walking in distracting me they were distracting me from reading so I started signing bc I trust them my friend had questions but it was too late and I had to go get my kids so all my paperwork was signed and he was like ok let me get your tag me and another customer were in there with the same exact car but different colors the detail guy put the wrong tag on my car and I was about to leave I went in to make sure everything was ok if I could leave he says oh no you have the wrong tag and if you were to get stop you would have been in trouble so they change it out and I leave on my way back home my friend and I we had no problem withr the car but minor things when we got home the kids were so happy bc we had a car we felt in love until one day I was resting I payed rhe 173 but instead 180 online and I hear my alarm going on and my car is being repoed I ask the guy he said call the finacnce company which the company was inhouse which what we were told I call the number and was told 500 hundred didnt go through when I purchased the vehicle and they were trying to call me but no one called me at all and said I would have to pay 900 to get my car back so I had to borrow 900 dollara from a family member he sent it to my local walmart where I work at I was told thats all ineeded I asked how many days I was told 10 every other day I would call just to let them know when I was coming the lady on the phone told me she documented it and mortor mall had to listen to them as I look at my paperwork things arent right I had two debit cards also in the car as well when it was taking on the 7th day I come my friend and I with rge the 900 first I see finance guy and tell him I was coming to get my car then this guy comes in another salesperson and says well we sold your car this morning I was like what how did you sell my car this morning and I told the finance lady that I was coming to get my car today he says well theres nothing we can do well I said can I get my monet back or my car he says no you can make another downpayment on another so I said your refusing to give me my money you sold my car on the 7th day I called the finance company and she says there nothing I can do so I called my sister and no one really wanted to talk to her they refused to give names and also refused ro give me my debit cards when asked so someone also stoled my debit cards out the car whi works on there property so I wad forced to leave out the building bc I asked for my money back and I said ok I will go outside and im going to call the police we proceeded outside and as we were calling they were calling too it took the officers almost an hour too come and as we are waiting a guy whom was walking asked were we buying a car we said no they just got us for 2500 he said they got me like that too and now a month later im back walking as we are waiting the police came over and talk to us and said we will have to do a civil suit and that the people who own this place use to be right across name ocean auto sales which they are receiving money to that account bc my summary has that name and not motor mall listed the officers apologized to us and we left no car no refund nothing a day later my 2 year old stop breathing and I had no way to get her to the hospital and I had to call the ambulance and perform cpr on her she was later sent to wolfoson in jax fl which I had no transportation to go see my child that night bc I couldnt ride bc they had to get another patient I Almost lost my job my kids have missed appointments I have been emotional stressed ive lost alot of weight bc I work hard my kids were happy and all of that was tooken away from these nasty individuals they need to be shut down immediatly I still have all documents summary from my cards this has hurted me and my kids so much sorry for the misprint and misspelled words
