TVC retained an attorney on July 7, 2015. The co-member called TVC on August 2, 2015, which was a Sunday, to report she was unable to speak with the attorney. The member's mother called TVC the following morning, August 3rd at 7:12am, to speak...

with the attorney, however the attorney's office was not open because it was not during normal business hours. Later that afternoon, the member's mother called in to TVC to inform us they were retaining their own attorney and would like to cancel their membership and receive a refund. TVC would have scheduled a conference with the attorney and the member if we were provided with ample time to do so. TVC processed a full refund of all monies paid.

We received notification on 2/2/15 via phone that Mrs. [redacted] wished to cancel her account. We advised her to send us her notice in writing and she declined. We have cancelled her account and refunded $244.25 back to her card on file.

We spoke with the court clerk by the name of [redacted] and she confirmed that the attorney did appear in court and had the courtdate set for a jury trial on 11/18. On 11/3 the attorney was successful in obtaining a plea of reduction on the fine. ...

The court would not reduce the violation due to the high speed. Reduced fine was due 60 days from November 18, 2015. The court said they did not "almost" issue a warrant for his arrest as Mr [redacted]. claimed. Ms [redacted]'s fine was paid today and the case is now closed.

Lawyer did not go to court. All a lie. He did not set up any trial. He only made ONE phone call on November 17th to work something out. If he had showed up on court date would have had different outcome.

Mrs. [redacted] signed a Power of Attorney on 8/19/15 stating she gave the attorney permission to negotiate a reduction or amendment on her behalf. Which is what Mr [redacted] did for her.

The web pages and people that you talk to say they have a 92% of cases dismissed. They have ways to get results. They get you convinced they can help you. If the lawyer shows up and works for your case it probably helps. Making one phone call at last minute did Nothing. I put my trust in someone because of their lies .I feel like they committed fraud.

I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting a refund for the last three months. I made another attempt to talk with someone on the 8/10/2016 and was moved around to several departments and I had explained my situation and everyone continue to state that it wasn't their department. I had terminated my services and you continue to debit my account after I had requested you to stop.

Associates do not have to pay any startup money to sell Motor Club of America, although they can purchase a membership for their own use. While TVC Marketing outlines this clearly in the registration process, this individual may have misunderstood the process. We have canceled her membership and...

refunded her account.

I am rejecting this response because: I am disputing TVC's respond due to the following facts:1. The Lawyer that represented me in the case that TVC mentioned above that won my case was a different Lawyer and not [redacted]. This Lawyer's name that handled my case on 10/15/2015 was [redacted] J. [redacted] and I paid TVC $292 for handling this case in addition to my monthly membership fee.2. TVC refunded me $635.05 for membership fees for only 13 months instead of $732.75 for 15 months which TVC mentioned above that was re4funded to me. TVC still owes him a total of $97.70 remaining for membership fees credit. Instead of mailing me a check for the membership fees credit, they refunded the credit thru my bank accounts and credit cards that they kept on file which is a violation since they kept my personal data on file after TVC advised me it was discarded every month.
