I am responding to your recent letter regarding a claim with the Revdex.com . I apologize for not responding sooner, as I was on maternity leave. Your card was refunded on 3/21, normally shipping is not refunded, but because of the inconvenience, we have refunded the  18.24 on...

3/25. The normal process does take up to two weeks to process once the item is received by our warehouse, this one seemed to have taken a bit longer.

Review: Ordered Jacket, item number [redacted],order number [redacted] on March 22, 2014. Received on March 27th, didn't fit got return Authorization on 3/28/14 number [redacted]-RA. Shipped back UPS 3/29/14. Received at warehouse in Compton CA 4/02/14 10:56AM by [redacted]. Called several times and email several time looking for my refund. No refund has been refunded to my credit card of $149.00 plus shipping $18.24 for a total of $167.24 as of this date 4/17/14.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $167.24
