After making a purchase on Aug 26 2017 I wanted to return it and get a more expensive one from them. After several attempts thru email and phone we finally contacted them and were given instructions on returning the item. We did as instructed and they received the item back on Sept 18 2017 but still have not credited my bank account for the amount of the returned item.

I ordered 2 separate lift kits that would not work for my truck so I returned both of them by priority shipping back in August and still have not received any credits back to my credit card. I have sent Emails, and I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone. On some occasions, the mail box is full and cannot accept messages, and other times I've left messages but have never gotten a return call. They are supposed to refund two separate charges, one is 154.98 and the other is 72.48. I have yet to receive any credit for the products I returned.
