to make a long story short it has been an entire week and I still have no loan nor have they returned my call so I am anticipating that they will use my information to scam me out of money stating that I took out the loan and never paid them back. Just beware that this is no way to do business or it may be one of the biggest scams. I will also file a complaint with the BBB also.
My elderly parents have been sleeping on the floor for a week now because of this company. They won't answer their phone and has not responded to any agents or the escrow company. This company has ignored close of escrow date and has not responded for weeks. How can someone do this to people.
Review: I refinanced my home with this company in June 2014. Included in the loan was my home owner's insurance premium of $832,00. This company gave me a false policy number and did not actually purchase a policy for my home, since June 2014. So, as of now my home is not insured.Desired Settlement: I will like this company to refund my $832.00 so that I can purchase home owner's insurance for my home.

To Whom It May Concern:
Our apologies for the late response however, the initial Revdex.com Complaint was emailed to a general email address meant for Correspondent Customer Service inquiries. Please forward all future correspondence to [redacted].
Borrower [redacted]'s complaint was researched and we conclude that borrower did not pay for hazard insurance from loan proceeds through the closing of their loan with Nations Direct Mortgage (hereafter "NDM"). NDM closed the refinance of borrower's home on June 27, 2014. The Final HUD 1 shows borrower was not charged hazard insurance through the loan closing because NDM received a a Paid Receipt from Millenium Insurance showing Hazard Insurance as paid . Please find attached the Paid Receipt issued by Millenium Insurance, the insurance broker, as well as the Final HUD 1 showing borrowering was not charged for Hazard Insurance. Please refer to line 903 of the Final HUD 1 which shows zero amount collected for Hazard Insurance. Line 903 is to be distinguished from 1002. Line 903 is blank indicating hazard insurance for the next year was paid. Line 1002 show number of months collected for hazard insurance as a cushion; not actual payment of hazard insurance. The hazard insurance was never paid through the loan closing because NDM was led to believe by Millenium Insurance that borrower did not have a balance owing on their hazard insurance. The Final HUD of which borrower was provided a copy shows on line 903 that borrower was not charged for hazard insurance.
Millenium Insurance is the Insurance Broker on the Hazard Insurance Policy that was allegedly issued by Cal Mutual Insurance Company. The Paid Invoice located in our loan file shows Millenium Insurance fax letterhead at the top. NDM contacted Millenium Insurance to inquire as to the status of the policy that was allegedly already paid for by borrower. NDM was advised by Millenium Insurance that the borrower was never issued a Hazard Insurance Policy because payment was never received from the Escrow Company. When NDM inqiured as to why Millenium Insurance would issue an invoice showing the policy as paid when it was not, Millenium Insurance stated it was common to issue invoices as paid when they were not paid. Please find attached the Final HUD 1 and Paid receipt from Millenium Insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted] should you have any questions.
