Used this company a few weeks agoThought it was going to be a disaster since they had to go to and from several different locationsHad no troubles at all! They were even able to understand my broken English! Thank you to the Manager [redacted] for making sure my move went perfect!

They helped me move, and everyone was wonderful Very thorough and took extra care to make sure my belongings were well taken care of Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone

If your're looking for motivated and careful movers, THEY ARE NOT FOR YOU They sell you a good story (up front) about how trained their movers are, but when they show up it's a different story entirely
Three men at $per hour Two work and one watches They were extremely slow and unknowledgeable about packing and loading the truck Many pieces of furniture were damaged And then they only repaired one piece,
I debated for quite some time as to posting a review, and in the end I felt others should know our experience

Motivated Movers took hours longer than they quoted me, they damaged a wall and a door jamThe left two huge scratches on my dining room table which had been in perfect conditionThey got my washing machine stuck in the door jam because the insisted they didn't need to take the door offThe two movers then proceeded to argue with each other about how to take the door offThen the one who was being the most unreasonable scolded the other about arguing with him in front of the customerI have waited three weeks for them to come make repairs and move my grill that they promised to move , but the two movers claimed they weren't strong enough to move it and that they could have their boss come move itI have had several phone conversations and texts with them assuring me they were coming and they have been no showsNow they refuse to return my calls & textsThis is not okay and I hope to save you all from an experience like this!

Moving of belongings took excessively long Items were damaged during the move
Movers took excessively long to complete the move Staff did not make me aware they were not able to take apart beds and took almost an hour of paid time before they informed me they could not move the items These items were left in the home and I had to take the bed apart and move it myself Staff inquired at the beginning of move as to items which were of the most importance to me I listed out several item (dining room table and hutch, piano)implying special care would be taken with these items Movers broke the legs off my dining room hutch Company agreed to have it repaired, which took excessively long The work that was done on this hutch was shoddy at best Glue remnants and large gaps were left on the hutch legs I would not agree to allow them to further damage my items *** ***, supervisor agreed that I could have the hutch repaired and I would be reimbursed I submitted my re

I am not one to write reviews but I had to share my experience with Motivated Movers. For the first time in 20 years I actually had a stress free moving experience. I own several antique pieces and a Grand Piano which were my biggest concern. The job went smoothly with no damages and the 4 movers on the job never quit running. I will be referring Motivated Movers to everyone I know and will use them for future moving needs.

I used Motivated Movers to move from Nashville to Florida. I had the best experience with this company. They packed and moved everything I had and not one item was damaged. The movers were incredibly nice, helpful and worked hard and fast. I will definitely call them again the next time I move. Thank you for a stress free move!

What a fantastic experience!! I booked three guys because we had a lot of tools and toolboxes that were quite heavy and I thought I'd need the extra person because of that. Sean, AJ and Nick were very professional and were constantly moving (despite the heat). I just looked at the garages and had no idea where to start to get it boxed up, but they came in, looked at what I had and got me all boxed up and the truck loaded. They even brought some book cases to the curb because of water damage/spiders on them. They were always smiling and friendly, and rarely stopped for a rest, wore me out just watching them. Everything got where it needed to be in great condition, they did a great job playing tetris in the storage unit and got it all to fit. I would definitely recommend them, their attitude was - we're here for you, what do you need us to do?
